These terms explain the general process used by PureSteam Solutions Cleaning Services. The specific scope, date and price for each job are agreed with the customer before work begins.
Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the information available, including the requested service, size, material, condition, access, location and expected time. We will explain the agreed work and price before starting. If hidden conditions or a requested change materially affect the work, we will discuss the revised scope and price before proceeding.
Bookings and access
This website provides information only; it does not create a booking or accept payment. A booking is confirmed directly with PureSteam. The customer should provide safe and reasonable access to the property, water or electricity when agreed, and disclose fragile materials, existing damage, stains, hazards or other conditions relevant to the service.
Cleaning results
We exercise reasonable care and skill. Results can vary because of age, wear, material, prior treatment, permanent staining, damage and other conditions. We will identify known limitations when reasonably possible. No statement on this site guarantees removal of every stain, odour, mark or defect.
Changes, cancellation and rescheduling
Any job-specific cancellation, rescheduling, deposit or access terms will be disclosed before the booking is confirmed. We will not impose a fee that was not disclosed and agreed in advance, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Payment and receipts
The price and accepted payment method are confirmed before service. A receipt will be provided for paid services. Customers should retain the quote, booking confirmation and receipt.
Questions or service concerns
Contact us promptly at 592 706 4754 so we can review the concern and seek a fair resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Guyana’s Consumer Affairs Act or other applicable law.
